THE ULTIMATE GOAL IS FOR EACH CHILD TO DEVELOP PROFICIENCY AND A GREATER UNDERSTANDING OF THE GAME WHILE STRESSING THE PRINCIPLES OF SUCCESS HARD WORK, PRIDE, SELF-CONFIDENCE, SPORTSMANSHIP AND TEAMWORK. IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE A COMPETITIVE, YET SAFE ENVIRONMENT TO FOSTER OUR PLAYERS' APPRECIATION OF THE GAME AND DEVELOP LIFE SKILLS THAT EXTEND BEYOND THE GAME OF FOOTBALL.
