Our program serves anyone residing in Cudahy and St. Francis living in a household with an income at or below 185% of the poverty level. We will serve any homeless person or people referred by the 211 social services hotline, Red Cross and St. Vincent de Paul regardless of where they live. During 2024 we helped on average, per month, 1124 individuals in 417 households. We distributed over 350,000 pounds of food in The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP)with an income limit below 185% of the poverty level and Stock Boxes for seniors below 150% of poverty. Sixty-five per cent of our households receive Food Share with net income below 130% of the poverty level. Thirty-one percent of our households have children. Sixty-nine percent are adults.
