A group is being formed to raise funds for the library that will be in the newly renovated community center. A grant was written and granted for $1,700,000 to rennovate the 103 year old brick building to install an elevator and five handicapped accessible bathrooms. The building has a historical bowling alley with human pin setters that are still employed for the local bowling leagues. It has been featured in several PBS documentaries. Completion date is summer 2026.
