Ground maintenance, in order to have a competitive and award winning golf course we fertilize and aerate tees, greens and fairways. We mow all the course grounds on a regular basis which requires reliable equipment and knowledgeable staff. These are all required expenses to fulfill our mission of offering a competitive and playable course in the area. The areas around the club house and buildings require the same maintenance as the golf course. A major expense in this area is utilities, taxes and insurance.
