Held 12 Board meetings, 8 Membership meetings. Membership meetings were held in October, November 2020, and January, February, March, April, May and September of 2021. Elections for officers were held at the September 2020 membership meeting and those officers were sworn in during the January 2021 membership meeting. All meetings in 2021 were held via Zoom. Assisted many members in navigating the company lay-off procedure. Filed a complaint with the Minnesota PUC for laying off workers while not meeting the established service requirements. Participated in food drive with IBEW. Attended 5 bi-monthly calls related to the Network organization, and 4 calls related to the call center employees, these calls are with other Locals within District 7. Attended Minnesota State Council meeting March 2021. Attended District 7 Conference March 2021. Attended Officer Training in May 2021. Attended the State AFL/CIO convention in September 2021. We filed 27 grievances. Assisted the DOL during a random audit of the Local.
