Our programs are designed to address the multiple barriers to work that our participants face, while offering tools, strategies and guidance to develop both short- and long-term employment, education and personal goals. (Continued on Schedule O)Career Training and Education Services: 657 served fiscal year 2025.Services include 412-week industry-recognized training in Construction, Automotive, Clean Tech, Business, and Financial Industries, with the ability to earn industry-recognized certificates, stipends, and financial aid for eligible students.Disability Services: 2333 served fiscal year 2025.Get support with disability benefits planning and employment services to explore your strengths and interests, obtain training, and build your job-seeking skills.Employment Services: 673 served fiscal year 2025.Services include Resume, interviewing, and networking assistance; individualized support to secure employment; rapid re-employment for laid-off workers; job advocacy and accommodation support; and career/education planning.Family Stability Services: 2124 served in fiscal year 2025.Get personal, respectful, and whole-family services including case management, career navigation and job assistance, parent support groups, family benefits support, support after incarceration, referrals, housing, and transportation assistance.Youth & Young Adult Services: 74 served in fiscal year 2025.Get support in your journey from school to what comes next. Youth, ages 16-24, can explore career opportunities and access training and resources to prepare for a thriving future. Services include GED or high school diploma pathways, job placement, training, stipends available, and leadership development.
