The Warmline uses a peer-to-peer approach, and is answered by a professionally trained staff of Certified Peer Specialists who have first-hand, personal experience living with a mental health condition. The Warmline had 14,213 calls/texts in 2023, and is a tool that helps many people before they reach a point of crisis.
