THESE SERVICES HELP PEOPLE DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN CRITICAL LIFE SKILLS TO ENSURE PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES CAN LEAD FULLY ENGAGED AND CONNECTED COMMUNITY LIVES. A MAIN GOAL OF THIS SERVICE IS TO SUPPORT PEOPLE IN CONNECTING AND ENGAGING WITH THE COMMUNITIY, IDENTIFYING RESOURCES AND BUILDING NATURAL, LASTING SUPPORTIVE RELATIONSHIPS.
