Accomplishments include expanding revenue approximately 50 percent over the previous season and improving snowmaking capacity. We purchased four snow guns from Giants Ridge and replaced electrical outlets along the lift line to improve safety. We added electrical outlets in the biathlon area to improve snowmaking capacity there. In October 2024, we added a variable frequency drive to reduce power to the main snowmaking pump when the system does not require it. We estimate this can save thousands of dollars per season.Finally, a jump alumnus donated a small jump museum (portable building) to us. The building was moved from his property to Mt Itasca, and heat and electricity were added to the building so that visitors can see the history of our jump program when visiting during the winter months.
