The apartment complex does not have any non-income producing units. The apartment complex is also subject to Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments agreements with HUD, providing for payments for the apartment units leased to eligible low-income, elderly tenants pursuant to Section 8 of the U.S. Housing Act of 1937.
