Mediation and Restorative services Mars has helped community members manage and resolve conflicts since our founding Mediation and Restorative Services for Anoka County in1987 MARS serves those who reside and work in Anoka County,a county comprised of 20 individual cities and 367,00 residents .MARS creates impact through our program of Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Services a program of inclusive,constructiive and peaceful conflict resolution.In addition to direct work with community members,MARS partners with local governments, and the judicial system to embed restorative approaches to conflicts within mainstream institutions, creating opportunities for community members to resolve their own conflicts and avoid futher implictions with the criminal justice system. In 2023 MARS mediate/facilitated 234 total cases ranging from court mediation,community housing mediation,family mediations and civil mediation
