THE INTERVENTION AIMS TO IMPROVE WELLBEING AND REDUCE SELF-REPORTED SYMPTOMS OF STRESS, ANXIETY, AND DEPRESSION. THE PROGRAM IS DELIVERED ALONGSIDE THE FREELY AVAILABLE JOY LAB PODCAST, WHICH EXTENDS PROGRAM CONTENT TO A BROADER PUBLIC AUDIENCE AT NO COST. THE PODCAST SERVED THOUSANDS OF INDIVIDUALS AND WAS DOWNLOADED OVER 70,000 TIMES DURING THE FISCAL YEAR.
