WCNO Neighborhood Navigator program supports the mental health and wellbeing of African American youth ages 1016 in the Webber Camden neighborhood in North Minneapolis. Nearly 100 young people were served in 2025 through the Neighborhood Navigators, Life Skills, Summer Youth and other programs. WCNO offers housing, business, safety, environmental, and youth programs as well as community events throughout the year. We partner with schools, other neighborhoods, organizations and businesses.
