PAUL AREA BY PRESENTING AND RESOLVING LABOR DISPUTES, NEGOTIATING COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS, AND EXERCISING CERTAIN FUNCTIONS RESERVED TO SPONSORING EMPLOYERS WITH RESPECT TO THE MULTI-EMPLOYER PENSION PLANS CREATED BY AND INCIDENTAL TO THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS.MHP COORDINATES THE PLANNING, DATA COLLECTION, AND LOGISTICAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR NEGOTIATIONS OF LABOR CONTRACTS FOR ITS MEMBERS.
