The Minnesota Region Four Area Agency on Aging covers the nine counties of Becker, Clay, Douglas, Grant, Ottertail, Pope, Stevens, Traverse and Wilkin. Waivered services is a federally-funded program that allow states to "waive" traditional Medicaid guidelines, allowing individuals to receive services in their homes and community instead of receiving these services in institutions, nursing homes or medical facilities.
