UMCPI ALSO PROVIDES CONSULTING SERVICES TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES IN THE AREAS OF EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP, COACHING, MENTORING, AND OPERATIONAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL ASSESSMENTS. UMCPI'S TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS AND TRAINING INITIATIVES ADDRESS ISSUES WITH CURRENT AND IMMEDIATE PUBLIC SAFETY AND LAW ENFORCEMENT IMPACT.
