Highpoint Editions (HPE):HPE is a professional printing studio and visiting artist program where established artists learn print techniques and publish original work through the guidance and collaboration of professional printers. Mid-career to established artists are invited to HPE to create new work and translate their ideas into print, many of them for the first time. This program elevates the artists' work and connects them with collectors, art appreciators, and museums, contributing to the public archive and larger print field. Visiting artists often engage with school groups and provide public talks. HPE has created over 800 original editions, engaging in 2-6 long-term artist collaborations annually. HP is proudly a member of the International Fine Art Print Dealers Association.

Direct Artist Support:Support BIPOC, early and mid-career artists. They create, learn, and grow within a supportive and active print community. Jerome Early Career Printmaking Residency, McKnight Printmaking Fellowship, and Full Color Print Fellowship participants receive access to the print studio for one year, a monetary stipend, technical support, professional development and learning opportunities. McKnight and Jerome fellows have a concluding exhibition in the HP Gallery. Jerome Early Career Printmaking Residency, for early career printmakers (2 artists/year).McKnight Printmaking Fellowship, for mid-career printmakers (2 artists/year).Full Color Print Fellowship, free access to HP co-op for BIPOC artists (2 artists/year).Teaching Artist Learning Community, for early-career BIPOC artists interested in growing their teaching and studio practice in printmaking. Educational and Community Programs for schools, youth, teens, adults, families, and community members:We have taught over 100,000 K-12 youth in printmaking workshops and school field trips in the past 23 years. Many of our school partners are Title 1 and can apply for HP scholarships to attend workshops and receive free transportation. (2500 students/year).Highpoint's Environmental Creative Clean Water Stewardship Program engages 5th-grade Hennepin County students each year to learn about printmaking, local waterways, sustainability, rain gardens, pollinators, and more. (250 students/year).Free Ink Days are hosted on weekends throughout the year to connect youth, families, and our neighboring community through free, all-ages printmaking experiences. (500 students/500 adults/year).ACCESS/PRINT Teen Mentorship Program, invests in teen artists by providing 50 hours of workshops as the student creates a body of work for the annual student exhibition, sharing work with family and peers. (10 students/year).Adult learners engage through ongoing printmaking workshops where artists can connect with other artists and expand their skills. 20-30% of all class registration is reserved for scholarships for BIPOC artists, veterans, and current fellows or artists-in-residence.
