Northwoods Partners Board members provided over 2000 hours supoorting the work of this organization. Programs included transportation (both local rides and long distance)to medical appointments, friendly visits, a variety of exercise programs including chair yoga, weight training, S.A.I.L (Stay Active and Independent for Life), Exercise Buddy, and Community Exercise group, Northwoods Partners also provided a variety of social engagement opportunities like Memories & Movement, coffee groups, and other fun events in the community. Resources and educational opportunities and a resource library were also provided. Over five hundred (500) people were served in 2024.
