From 2003 through 2023, we published a bi-monthly 32-page Orthodox Heritage periodical, which has articles in both Greek and English. A donation is requested from subscribers, but even those who have not yet donated remain on our mailing list (sending out approximately 350 periodicals every other month). Our goal is to regularly place Orthodox Heritage in as many homes as possible. This activity historically consumed 85% of our time; in 2024 the expenses were $35 with $570 in program revenue. In 2025 there was no significant effort expended on this activity.

We maintain our website, www.orthodoxheritage.org, which contains PDF versions of our previous periodicals. This website furthers the education of the Greek Orthodox faithful. We also offered books and CDs and other publications, but the costs became prohibitive, and instead we now direct our readers to sites where they can obtain such materials for free or at discounted prices. The website was launched in 2003, and consumes 15% of our time; in 2024 the expenses were $15 with $0 in program revenue. In 2025 there was no significant effort expended on this activity.

Donations raised in excess of publication and distribution costs are for almsgiving and contributions to other 501(c)(3) organizations. This function historically consumed 5% of our time; in 2024 the expenses were $3,665 with $0 in program revenue as we distributed our assets to another 501(c)(3) organization supporting Greek Orthodox monasticism in North America. In 2025 this was the only activity for the organization.
