The organization plans to offer seminars and workshops related to marriage enrichment, leadership training, evangelism training, cross-cultural development, and improved communication skills. Marriage enrichment - enrich marriage and family relationships so that the family can influence and help build a healthy society. Leadership training - enable leaders to lead effectively through gifts and skills. Evangelism training - train believers for effective evangelism through Scriptural foundations and practicum. Cross-cultural development - gain confidence for bilingual speakers in an intercultural world. Maintain a healthy cultural heritage for acquiring or gaining good standing. Improved communication skills - develop English communication skills for healthy competence. The courses will be offered initially in North Carolina, China, and Japan. Other topics may be offered if participants request them. Funding is expected to come from program fees and contributions from the public. The Board members will contact people that they know and spread the word at local churches.
