MINNESOTA FCCLA ENGAGES STUDENTS, GRADES 7 THROUGH 12, IN LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT TRAINING, COMPETITIONS, AND SERVICE PROJECT LEARNING THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. PROGRAMMING FOCUSED ON PERSONAL GROWTH, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND CAREER AND TECHNICAL TRAINING THROUGH CONFERENCES AND EVENTS AT THE LOCAL, AREA, STATE, AND NATIONAL LEVEL. WITH OVER 1500 STUDENTS COMPETING IN 50 DIFFERENT TYPES OF EVENTS, MEMBERS APPLIED REAL WORLD SKILLS USED IN HUMAN SERVICES, HOSPITALITY AND TOURISM, EDUCATION AND TRAINING, AND VISUAL ARTS AND DESIGN.
