ALL PROGRAMS AND SERVICES WERE SOLD ON 5/1/24 AS PART OF AN ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT; HOWEVER, INTERMEDIARYED RETAINED A SMALL NUMBER OF CONTRACTS THAT COULD NOT BE ASSIGNED TO THE PURCHASER. INTERMEDIARYED PROVIDES CONTRACT AND PROGRAM OVERSIGHT, WHILE SUB-CONTRACTING PROGRAM DELIVERY BACK TO THE PURCHASER. SINCE THE SALE, A NEW STRATEGY AND OPERATIONAL PROCESSES ARE BEING DEVELOPED TO ALIGN WITH THE NEW MISSION.
