THE HOMES ARE USED TO PROVIDE HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES TO LOW-INCOME FAMILIES THROUGH LEASE/PURCHASE, CONTRACT PURCHASE, TURNKEY, AND RENTALS. IN PARTNERSHIP WITH GOVERNMENTAL OR NONPROFIT ENTITIES, HOME, INC. MAY ACT AS A GENERAL CONTRACTOR IN THE BUILDING OR IMPROVING HOUSING FOR LOW-INCOME PEOPLE IN POLK, DALLAS, AND WARREN COUNTIES.THE ORGANIZATION HAS 3 SINGLE FAMILY HOMES AND 4 DUPLEXES AVAILABLE FOR RENT. HOME, INC. IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING ALL ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, SANITARY, HEATING, VENTILATION, AIR-CONDITIONING, AND OTHER FACILITIES, AND ALSO FOR LAWN CARE AND SNOW REMOVAL.
