THE JOHNSTON BOOSTER CLUB IS AN ALL VOLUNTEER GROUP OF PARENTS AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS WORKING TOGETHER TO RAISE MONEY AND COORDINATE VOLUNTEERS TO SUPPORT ATHLETICS, ACTIVITIES AND THE ARTS IN JOHNSTON SCHOOLS. THE ORGANIZATION SUPPORTS 42 STUDENT CLUBS AND ACTIVITIES AND 23 SPORTS AT THE HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL AND 35 STUDENT CLUBS AND ACTIVITIES AND 38 SPORTS AT THE MIDDLE SCHOOL LEVEL. THE CLUB RAISES MONEY THROUGH ATHLETIC CONCESSION STAND SALES, MERCHANDISE SALES, INDIVIDUAL DONATIONS, CORPORATE SPONSORSHIPS AND OTHER EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES. WE WERE ABLE TO PROVIDE GRANTS TO THE ATHLETICS AND ACTIVITIES DEPARTMENT NOT COV ERED BY THIER BUDGET.
