UERPC HOUSING, INC. PERFORMS THE ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES OF THE NORTHEAST IOWA REGIONAL HOUSING TRUST FUND. THE TRUST FUND PROVIDES FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO THE ELIGIBLE PROJECTS IN ALLAMAKEE, CLAYTON, HOWARD, AND WINNESHIEK COUNTIES.
