Site includes fact sheets, new developments, economic impact analysis, and research materials. During past year tens of thousands of people visited this website Chairman and the other Directors traveled around the nation speaking on agricultural, trade and technology issues, gave interviews and presented position papers. Executive Director Mary Boote assisted the Chairman and the Directors as they reached millions of people through speeches, writings and travels. A multi-tiered communications program designed to distribute technology, agricultural and trade information was improved and expanded. With the assistance of its Board of Directors and selected farmers, the national commentary opportunities, print and broadcasting media to deliver a positive and accurate biotech message while at the same time promoting the need for expanded global trading of agricultural products. Utilizing consultants to help develop vision and strategies for the organization, the organization continued to serve the nation as one of the premier advocates for global agricultural trade and technology advances.
