THROUGHOUT THE YEAR, DIVERSUS HEALTH SERVED APPROXIMATELY 12,800 DISTINCT CLIENTS. THE SERVICES DELIVERED TO THEM SAW AN INCREASE FROM THE PRIOR YEAR, TOTALING APPROXIMATELY 228,300 UNITS. IN 2023, DIVERSUS HEALTH IMPLEMENTED A NEW SAME DAY ACCESS INTAKE PROCESS TO REDUCE BARRIERS TO ACCESS TO MENTAL AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES. THE NEW INTAKE PROCESS REDUCED TIME TO TREATMENT BY 86% AND IMPROVED SHOW RATES FOR EXISTING APPOINTMENTS TO 90%. OVER 2,200 CLIENTS HAVE COMPLETED SAME DAY ACCESS INTAKES SINCE ITS ROLLOUT ON APRIL 3, 2023. THE CLUB Q IMPACT TEAM WAS CREATED TO ADDRESS THE ONGOING MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS OF THE COLORADO SPRINGS COMMUNITY AFTER THE CLUB Q SHOOTING IN 2022 BY OFFERING SERVICES AT NO COST TO THOSE EXPERIENCING TRAUMA RELATED TO THE SHOOTING. A TEAM WAS HIRED, INCLUDING COUNSELORS, PEER SPECIALISTS, AND A CLINICAL PROGRAM SUPERVISOR. THE TEAM'S PRIMARY FOCUS HAS BEEN MAKING CONNECTIONS AND MAKING THE COMMUNTY AWARE OF THE PROGRAM. THE ASSERTIVE COMMUNITY TREATMENT PROGRAM WAS EXPANDED TO CONTINUE TO BUILD OFF OF PREVIOUS YEAR'S SUCCESSES. THE PROGRAM REDUCES HOSPITAL RECIDIVISM FOR CLIENTS BY 90% AND HAS SEEN 93 CLIENTS IN 2023.
