The additional expenses include Chess Educational Software and chess books for instruction for students who cannot afford these resources.

Chess Yoga is still in the process of negotiating a partnership agreement with the Ethiopian Government to provide a Youth Chess Center however due to Covid-19 all travel to Ethiopia by U.S. citizens was banned in June 2020 therefore all travel to negotiate the partnership agreement for 2020 and 2021 was cancelled.
