Jubilee Ventures (JV) is our "department" that extends opportunity, restoration, and ownership to the margins. This year JV utilized the network we developed from our previous two job fairs for "returning citizens" (the way we describe men and women coming out of incarceration) to aid them in finding meaningful employment and connections. We've also continued programming to enter the DuComb Center (a local re-entry center) and have a full year of that programming now
