THIS ACTIVITY ACCOUNTS FOR ALMOST ALL PREMIUM RISK. HEALTHCARE SERVICES ASSOCIATION (HSA), A RELATED ORGANIZATION, IS A TAXABLE MISSOURI NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION WHOSE PURPOSE IS TO ASSIST ITS MEMBERS, ALL OF WHICH ARE MHP POLICYHOLDERS, IN OFFERING HIGH QUALITY HEALTHCARE SERVICES AND FACILITIES BY PROVIDING PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND INSURANCE COVERAGE IN FURTHERANCE OF THAT OBJECTIVE.
