We continued to have two transitional housing apartments. Where an individual and a family lived until we sold the property. We provided individual savings account grants to two individual who were still in our transitional housing units. Insurance was our only other expense for the transitional housing. The tenants paid all utilities as well as a small rental fee.

As the Harvest House Inc. discontinued our homeless shelter, counselling, job placement assistance and other services related to those without permanent housing, we supported other organizations in the community and surrounding area who provided such services. Until the sale of the property, we continued to pay utilities and insurance on the building.
