EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS/PUBLIC OFFERINGS - THE FOUNDATION SPONSORS AND PRESENTS A NUMBER OF PUBLIC EDUCATIONAL OFFERINGS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. AT THE ANNUAL EXCELLENCE IN MISSOURI CONFERENCE, APPROX. 200 INDIVIDUALS LEARN FROM PAST MQA RECIPIENTS AS WELL AS NATIONAL MBNQA RECIPIENTS ABOUT HOW TO APPLY THE BALDRIGE PRINCIPLES WITHIN THEIR BUSINESS. ADDITIONALLY, SMALLER 1 AND 2 DAY SEMINARS ARE CONDUCTED IN WHICH PARTICIPANTS ARE PROVIDED WITH THE SKILLS NECESSARY TO DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT THEIR OWN BALDRIGE BASED ASSESSMENT PROGRAM WITHIN THEIR ORGANZATION. STAFF ALSO SPEAK AT A VARIETY OF CONFERENCES SPONSORED BY OTHER ORGANIZATIONS THAT ARE RELATED TO THE CORE MISSION OF THE FOUNDATION. PLUS CUSTOMIZED TRAINING/CONSULTING-MANY CLIENTS WORK WITH EIMF ON A ONE-ON-ONE BASIS TO IMPROVE THEIR ORGANIZATION. STAFF WORK DIRECTLY WITH A VARIETY OF "CLIENTS" TO DEVELOP CUSTOMIZED STRATEGIC PLANS, MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS AS WELL AS ASSESSMENT PROGRAMS.
