At InFocus, we are immensely grateful for the inspiring collaboration among our missional leaders, dedicated volunteers, and generous donors. Your passion and support have empowered us to expand our reach and impact in profound ways.We are proud to announce that our network has grown to 40 dynamic outreach programs serving communities in the U.S., Mexico, Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya, Congo, and Nepal. This growth has allowed us to deliver timely, practical help to disabled, elderly, and impoverished individuals both locally and abroad. Equally exciting is the remarkable impact of our spiritual formation directors, mentoring, chaplaincy, and mental health leadershipeach playing a vital role in uplifting the lives of those we serve. InFocus, as the parent organization, provides the essential structure and sustainability that empower our community outreach programs to thrive. Our comprehensive support encompasses a robust board of directors, full-scale nonprofit administration and regulatory compliance, extensive training resources, as well as technology support, insurance, and leadership guidance. This integrated approach dramatically reduces overhead costs, ensuring that 93 cents of every dollar is allocated directly to mission work in the field.Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our unwavering dedication to transparency and financial stewardship. We take our fiduciary responsibilities seriously by offering rigorous financial oversight, accurate reporting, and strict adherence to nonprofit law and best practices.
