INDIVIDUAL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED THROUGH THE FAMILY SUPPORT WAIVER (FSW), COMMUNITY INTEGRATION & HABILITATION WAIVER (CIH), OR PRIVATE PAY. SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT INDIANAPOLIS AND SURROUNDING COUNTIES.SUPPORT LIVING SERVICES PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES TO PROMOTE THEIR PERSONAL, SOCIAL, AND VOCATIONAL COMPETENCY TO LIVE SUCCESSFULLY IN THEIR OWN RESIDENTIAL SETTING.
