ALEXIUS HOSPITAL OF BISMARCK TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY AND PRODUCTIVITY OF RURAL HEALTH CARE, PROMOTE COST-EFFICIENT OPERATIONS AND ENHANCE THE COMPETITIVE ASPECTS OF THE DELIVERY OF RURAL HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITY OF LINTON AND THE GEOGRAPHIC REGIONS SERVED BY LINTON.
