To encourage and teach children to believe in themselves through quality gymnastics instruction.Our Vision: To be a premiere provider of youth gymnastics programs in the Upper Midwest. We strive to help every gymnast soar to their full potential. Inspiring Dreams - Building Confidence - Achieving Excellence.Core Values: Fun, Safety, Professionalism, Integrity, Respect, Excellence and Personal Growth.The Recreational Program offers gymnastics instruction to girls and boys from 7 months to 18 years old. All levels are taught from beginner through advanced on tumbling, balance beam, uneven bars, mini-tramp and trampoline. Over sixty classes are offered six days a week; morning, afternoons and evenings. The recreational coaches share the common bond of the love of gymnastics and a desire to help students learn and achieve their goals.Our teams and training groups offer a variety of options for both girls and boys at various levels. Girls Competitive Teams & Training Groups include Developmental Program (Little Giants, Dynomnites, & Training Team), Junior Olympic Program (Compulsory Levels 3-5 & Optional Levels 6-10), Xcel Program, & TOPs Program. Boys Competitive Teams & Training Groups include Junior Olympic Program (Compulsory Levels 4-6 & Optional Program Levels 7-10).The FM Acro Team is a group of spirited, athletic gymnasts who specialize in entertaining crowds throughout the United States with their precision tumbling and mini-tramping. "Acro, short for Acrobatic", The F-M Acro Team has a tradition of excellence that spans over a quarter of a century.
