The hospital provided 117 inpatient days, 626 swing bed days, and 1,448 observation hours during the fiscal year 2025. Statement continued on Schedule O.Mountrail County Medical Center had 116 admissions (43 acute, 27 swing bed, 46 observations), and 3,178 emergency visits.The Medical Center provides healthcare services to patients who meet certain criteria under its charity care policy without charge or at amounts less than established rates. Since the Medical Center does not pursue collection of these amounts, they are not reported as patient service revenue. The estimated cost of providing these services was $34,000 for the year ended June 30, 2025, calculated by multiplying the ratio of cost to gross charges for the Medical Center by the gross uncompensated charges associated with providing charity care to its patients.
