Provide preventive services and healthy lifestyle education to the community to combat heart disease, diabetes and hypertension. In 2023, services and education were provided to 7631 area residents through our New Beginnings education program, community access program, and our comprehensive chronic care free clinic for under-insured and uninsured. Over 12,630 pounds of Fresh Fruit and Vegetables were ditributed along with 421 food boxes Childhood wellness programming for families of 364 children. Senior programming for 1,274 residents. Free clinic outcomes continue to exceed national averages.
