During the 20242025 school year, SFA provided comprehensive support at Burton High School, including individualized 1:1 advising, 70 lunchtime workshops, and access to an HBCU college tour attended by two Achievers. Through this support, Burton participants achieved a 100% high school graduation rate and 100% college matriculation rate. SFA served 30 young men at Burton through a structured series of workshops focused on financial literacy, college readiness, career pathways, and socialemotional development.

During the 20242025 school year, 10 young men across SFUSD completed eight Saturday sessions over the span of eight months. These sessions included leadership training led by SFA staff, work site visits to Glacier and Recology, college tours to the University of San Francisco (USF) and UC Berkeley, and scholarship workshops designed to support students in completing applications that help reduce their financial responsibility for college. Additionally, two participants attended the HBCU college tour for expanded exposure to higher education pathways.
