THESE SERVICES, DESIGNED TO LAST NO LONGER THAN NINE MONTHS, TARGETED INDIVIDUALS IN CRISIS DUE TO BEHAVIORAL, MEDICAL, OR HOUSING INSTABILITY.DURING THEIR STAY, NEW VISTA COMPLETED COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENTS AND COORDINATED CARE, INCLUDING PSYCHIATRY, PRIMARY CARE, BEHAVIORAL SUPPORTS, AND OTHER THERAPIES AS NEEDED, BASED ON INDIVIDUALIZED SUPPORT PLANS.
