First -In Training and Education contracts with the Northwest Career and Technical Academy (NCTA) for 3 sessions of classes in two locations...Bellingham and Mount Vernon. Through these two locations, we serve Skagit, Whatcom, and North Snohomish Count high schools. FITE taught approximately 60 students at NCTA and in 2022 was able to run scholarship interviews, and advanced CPR/First Aid training. We also were able to connect our students with wildland firefighters= training in order to make them more marketable in a competitive field. We also were able to serve 20 students in Summer School at the Mount Vernon location. Students in our NCTA courses completed approximately 2400 hours of community service throughout the year.

First-In Training and Education contracts with the Washington Network for Innovative Careers (WANIC) for 2 sessions of classes in Kirkland, WA. At this location, we are able to serve all high schools in NE King County and South Snohomish County. FITE taught approximately 50 students at WANIC and in 2022 was able to run scholarship interviews, and advanced CPR/First Aid training. We also were able to connect our students with wildland firefighter training and a nationally recognized EMT certification course in order to make them more marketable in a competitive field. We also served 25 students in 2022 in Summer School. Students in our WANIC courses compleed approximately 2000 hours of community service throughout the year.

At this location, we are able to serve all high schools in Thurston, Mason, Grays Harbor, and Lewis Counties. FITE taught approximately 50 students at New Market and in 2022 was able to run scholarship interviews, and advanced CPR/First Aid training. We also were able to connect our students with wildland firefighter training in order to make them more marketable in a competitive field. Students in our New Market courses completed approximately 2000 hours of community service throughout the year.
