THE PASCO SPECIALTY KITCHEN HELPS ENTREPRENEURS OPEN THEIR FOOD INDUSTRY TO BUSINESS, IN THE CURRENT YEAR 24 CLIENTS WERE SERVED. CINCO DE MAYO IS A COMMUNITY CELEBRATION TO BRING THE TRI-CITIES TOGETHER AND CELEBRATE WITH TRADITIONAL MEXICAN FOOD AND MUSIC WITH APPROXIMATELY 15,000 ATTENDEES DURING 3-DAY WEEKEND. FIERY FOODS IS AN EVENT WHERE COMMUNITY MEMBERS PUT THEIR BEST SALSA UP FOR COMPETITION, WE HAD APPROXIMATELY 1,500 ATTENDEES.
