4A - DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY - TACH NO/MATCH SERVICE - TSCP'S PRIMARY FOCUS IS LEVERAGING TSCP'S IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT HISTORY IN USING A&D REAL WORLD USE CASES TO CREATE SPECIFICATIONS, AND TRUST FRAMEWOKS AS A REFERENCE BASELINE, TSCP WILL INVESTIGATE MATCH/NO MATCH REMOTE IDENTITY PROOFING AND DEVFELOP DOCUEMENTSTION TO IMPLEMENTATIONS IT ACROSS A REPRESENTATIVE SET OF USE CASES. THE RESULTING DOCUMENTATION WILL ENABLE A WIDE RANGE OF BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS TO INCLUED; APPROPRIATE LEVEL OF IDENTITY SECURITY, COMMONLY AVAILABLE ATTRIBUTES USED AND BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS CONDUCTED BETWEEN THE DIRECT PARTIES (I.E. NO 3RD PARTY DATA EXCHANGES). 4B - MEMBER SERVICES - TSCP IS A COOPERATIVE FORUM THAT INCLUDES LEADING IT SYSTEM INTEGRATORS, AEROSPACE AND DEFENSE, CRITICAL INFRASTRUSTURE, FINANCIAL AND RETAIL, AND KEY GOVERNMENT ENTITIES AND THEIR ALLIES AND COALITION PARTNERS. THESE MEMBERS WORK TOGETHER TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN AN OPEN STANDARDS-BASED FRAMEWORK THAT CAN BE USED TO ENABLE SECURE COLLABORATION AND ASSURED INFORMATION SHARING BETWEEN PARTIES THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATION AND THE ENABLEMENT OF SOLUTIONS AND SERVICES. TSCP'S FEDERATED TRUST FRAMEWORK ENABLES ITS MEMBERS TO HAVE SECURE ACCESS TO EACH OTHER'S SENSITIVE DATA BY CREATING A COLLABORATIVE ENVIRONMENT BASED ON THE SCALEABLE AND EFFICIENT TRUST MERCHANISMS.
