THE STAPLES OF OUR WEEKLY OPTIMAL LIVING PROGRAMS INCLUDED TOTAL TRAINING, YOGA, MEDITATION, URBAN POLE WALKING, TAI CHI, INDOOR CYCLING, AQUATICS, KINSTRETCH, AND RECOVERY AND BEYOND. BIKE CLUB AND HIKE + YOGA ARE TWO WAYS WE GET SURVIVORS AND CAREGIVERS OUT INTO NATURE TO ENJOY ALL OF THE AVAILABLE BENEFITS. WE HAVE EXPANDED OUR YOUNG ADULT PROGRAMS TO ENGAGE YOUNG ADULT SURVIVORS IN ACTIVITIES EACH MONTH. OUR WEEKLY CANCER EDUCATION SERIES AND COOKING & NUTRITION CLASSES CONTINUED TO BE RECORDED AND AVAILABLE BY PODCAST AND ON THE ABOVE + BEYOND CANCER YOUTUBE CHANNEL. ABOVE + BEYOND CANCER HOSTED OUR FIRST EVER RIDE IN THE PARK EVENT WHERE HUNDREDS OF PARTICIPANTS GATHERED FOR A BIKE RIDE THROUGH WATER WORKS PARK WITH LIVE MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT, OUR ANNUAL FUR RIDE, AS WELL AS THE CELEBRATE! EVENT THAT WAS HELD IN DOWNTOWN DES MOINES.
