CAPITAL INVESTMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE TO AROUND 40 DIFFERENT ORGANIZATIONS OR INDIVIDUALS LIVING IN BURMA PAKISTAN TURKEY ETC. THESE ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS WOULD NOT OTHERWISE BE ABLE TO OBTAIN FUNDS BECAUSE OF THE FINANCIAL RISKS INVOLVED IN ESTABLISHING AND OPERATING ENTERPRISES IN THESE COMMUNITIES OR BECAUSE OF THEIR MEMBERSHIP IN MINORITY OR OTHER DISADVANTAGED GROUPS.
