We began the year with thirteen men enrolled in the program. Thirty-one additional men were accepted into the program, and twenty-eight men departed from the program. Eleven of the nineteen men that departed were 90 days or less in the program. These were residents that were considered on probationary status and the organization took a calculated risk on them. The remaining seventeen that departed had been in the program over 90 days and six of those, 71%, successfully completed the program.Since the inception of the program the average complete rate for those residents that have been in the program over 90 days averages 64%. Successful clients are now living in the community, have increased their credit scores and saving accounts, maintain and advance their careers, establishing new and mending old relationships.
