NO CLIENTS WERE TURNED AWAY FOR LACK OF FUNDS. TO QUALIFY, CLIENTS EARNED LESS THAN 50,000 PER YEAR. MAZEY'S DREAM ENABLED AATPC TO SEE REFERRALS FROM SEVERAL ORGANIZATIONS SUCH AS PROBATION, SOCIAL SERVICES, VICTIMS OF CRIME, ETC.
