THE ORGANIZATION WILL ACHIEVE ITS PURPOSES BY (A) SUPPORTING INITIATIVES OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO AND ITS SISTER AGENCIES, AS WELL AS PUBLIC-PRIVATE COLLABORATIONS IN THE CITY OF CHICAGO, THAT FURTHER SUCH PURPOSES AND CONCENTRATIONS; (B) INCREASING COMMUNITY, FOUNDATION, AND CIVIC INVOLVEMENT WITH AND SUPPORT FOR SUCH INITIATIVES; (C) PROVIDING MECHANISMS THROUGH WHICH PUBLIC, PRIVATE, AND NOT-FOR-PROFIT SECTOR RESOURCES CAN BE UTILIZED FOR SUCH INITIATIVES; (D) DIRECTING RESOURCES TOWARDS AREAS OF IDENTIFIED NEED WITHIN THE MEANING OF CODE SECTION 501(C)(3); AND (E) SUCH OTHER MEANS AS ARE APPROPRIATE AND CONSISTENT WITH THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION, AND INCLUDING ALL ACTIVITIES INCIDENTAL OR RELATED THERETO.
