HEART PACKS PROVIDE THE OPPORTUNITY TO EXPLORE CREATIVE OUTLETS AND POSITIVE SELF-EXPRESSION, WHICH IS CRUCIAL TO YOUTH WHO CANNOT JOIN TAEP'S IN-PERSON PROGRAMS.
