Akademia Jana Pawla II is a Polish Supplementary School as well as a cultural and religious entity. We started in 2012 and continue to work with students from preschool to high school junior level. We make it possible for our students to not only learn about Poland and their ancestry, but also to participate in exams that allow them extra credits for colleges, such as the Global Seal of Biliteracy/Stamp 4s or the World Language Comprehensive Exams. Our students also participate in cultural and historical events. Our organization takes part in many fundraisers especially in the annual Great Orchestra for Christmas Charity which is a worldwide phenomenon, as well as smaller fundraisers that benefit our community directly. Our main goal is to teach our students the heritage and culture of their homeland.
